Jean-Carl Cohen founded Bildana Holdings to bring a principal-driven, long-term approach to multi-sector investing. Trained in international business law and financial accounting, he began his career in fund management before building an operational track record across solar energy, telecoms and software. Over twenty years, he has led international projects from structuring and financing through to recruitment, operations and commercial execution — developing a hands-on expertise that shapes every investment Bildana makes.
